Mode of payment
Send us an email that includes name, contact number and the item/s you like to order. We will contact you within 2 days with a confirmation email. Payment can be made through Internet fund transfer / ATM bank transfer payment (for buyers in Singapore) to DBS saving plus 100-2-015346.
Please note if payment is not received within 3 working days from the order date, your order will be automatically cancelled. After making the payment, do kindly contact us via email with your transaction reference number at needlelovesthread@gmail.com. Once we have confirmed that we had received your payment, we will dispatch your product!
Local Shipping/Delivery (within Singapore)
1. via Snail Mail
Purchases will be shipped via registered parcel post at the following local shipping and handling charges:
1 to 5 items : SG$2.50
6 to 10 items : SG$5.00
11 or more : Complimentary
Please allow 3 business days from date of confirmation for delivery.
2. Personal Pickup
As an alternative, you are also welcomed to pick up your purchases. Please drop us an e-mail at needlelovesthread@gmail.com for our address and directions. Pick up can also be arranged strictly at Ang Moh Kio Hub or Sengkang Compass Point. Kindly email or sms to inform us of the date and time you will be picking up.
